Key Areas of Study
The 8-Week Certification Program
Six weeks of classroom instruction followed by two weeks of supervised practice at an
active Swap & Glow™ station. No prior electrical experience required.
Module 1 – Weeks 1-2 : Clean Energy & E-Mobility

Module 02 – Weeks 3-4 : Technical Operations
-> Solar array inspection and maintenance

-> BMS safety and fault diagnosis

At the Ba-Suka Academy, we believe the clean-energy transition is only as strong as the leaders who operate it.
Any motivated woman based in Burkina Faso who is interested in technology, sustainability, and
community service. No prior experience in electrical engineering is required – we train from the
ground up.
Is there a cost to Participate ?
Training costs are currently covered by Ba-Suka Energy. Further details on stipend and living
support will be confirmed at the application stage.
Does Graduation Guarantee Employment ?
Our goal is to assign every certified graduate to a station. Placement depends on station availability
in your region, but all graduates enter our priority talent pool for new launches and supervisory roles.
