The Ba-Suka Academy serves as the talent engine for our operations, creating a specialized pipeline of capable women managers. We invest in comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing support to ensure every graduate is confident, skilled, and positioned for professional career growth.

Six weeks of classroom instruction followed by two weeks of supervised practice at an
active Swap & Glow™ station. No prior electrical experience required.

At the Ba-Suka Academy, we believe the clean-energy transition is only as strong as the leaders who operate it.
Any motivated woman based in Burkina Faso who is interested in technology, sustainability, and
community service. No prior experience in electrical engineering is required – we train from the
ground up.
Training costs are currently covered by Ba-Suka Energy. Further details on stipend and living
support will be confirmed at the application stage.
Our goal is to assign every certified graduate to a station. Placement depends on station availability
in your region, but all graduates enter our priority talent pool for new launches and supervisory roles.
